Welcome to Watch Me Sprout
We are a family-owned daycare center located in Columbia, SC off Leesburg Road. For more than 8 years, Watch Me Sprout has been helping children grow socially & also providing a place where they can receive a solid education. Watch Me Sprout is founded on love & faith. We have programs in place for children ages infants to 12-year-olds to ensure they meet all milestones.

Our outdoor play area is also a safe and spacious area for kids to play and exercise.

Meet Our Director & Office Staff
Hello! My name is Lucretia Gamble and I joined Watch Me Sprout Afterschool and Learning Center (WMS) in February 2022 as Office Manager.
I graduated from Benedict College, Columbia, SC with a degree in Accounting in 1995. With over 25 years of experience in Accounting, I enjoy the challenges that come with the daily operations of an office manager.
My passion for the health and well-being of children led my husband and I to become foster parents for many years with SC DSS.
After many years working in corporate America I guess it was only natural I eventually ended up working around children. I love interacting with the children, parents, and teaching staff at WMS.
It is a real joy and very rewarding watching our “little people” grow and develop on a daily basis.
My office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
My hobbies include reading, spending time with my family, traveling, and singing on the Praise and Worship team at Word Alive Church, Columbia, SC.
Hello, my name is Chanelle Bostic. I am the HR Coordinator here at Watch Me Sprout. I am from Hopkins, South Carolina. I graduated from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina in 2018 with my bachelor’s in management and a concentration in Human Resources. In 2020, I received my master’s in human resources from Strayer University. I enjoy helping companies “behind the scenes” and helping companies grow.
As a parent I entrusted my greatest blessing to the staff at Watch Me Sprout Learning & Afterschool Center everyday, and I’m grateful for the loving, care, and guidance she receives.. the teachers and director look at each child as an individual with their own strengths and needs.
